Currency Tech Service Support Solutions
We have over 11 years experience of providing a service excellence in the cash handling and money counting market. We are capable of looking after the simplest cash counter up to large integrated cash re-cycling solutions or heavy duty coin packaging systems in cash centres. Our experienced engineers are at home working in a small convenience retail outlet with small money counting machines as well as in an arcade, public sector building, bank branch, casino or cash centre.
Through our 6-day per week help desk, we can service and repair equipment on –site on a re-active or on a contractual basis. All contracted service calls are carried out on a next day call-out We offer a wide range of Support Promise maintenance contracts.
Through our help desk, we can offer first –line maintenance by phone as well as second line service on-site. We can adapt our work to any SLA requirements, also including 6 days per week with extended hours. All Support Promise maintenance contracts include next day call-out, all spare parts, at least 1 PPM per year and a replacement loan machine if a first time fix is not achieved.
